Delivery Policy – Glam Touch

At Glam Touch, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery process for all our customers. Below are the details of our shipping methods, timelines, and associated charges.

Cash on Delivery

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only inside Dhaka City for your convenience.
• Unfortunately, COD is not available for deliveries outside Dhaka at this time.

Delivery Timeline

• Inside Dhaka City: Orders are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
• Outside Dhaka: Deliveries usually take 3 to 5 days.
• Deliveries may be handled by a trusted third-party courier service to ensure timely and reliable service.

We are continuously working to establish a dedicated, automated delivery system to enhance your experience.

Delivery Charges

• Inside Dhaka City: A flat delivery fee of TK. 70 applies.
• Outside Dhaka: A delivery fee of TK. 100 applies.

Refund Policy – Glam Touch

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we ensure that your money is safe with us. Below are the conditions under which refunds are applicable:

Refund Eligibility

• Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a full refund.
• Order Cancellation: If you change your mind, you may cancel your order before it is dispatched for a full refund.

Refund Process

• Cash Refunds: Refunds for cash payments will be processed within 7 working days after receiving and reviewing the returned product.
• Card Payments: Refunds for debit/credit card transactions will be processed directly to your bank account within 7 to 10 working days (subject to bank policies).
• Mobile Payments (Bkash/Nagad): Refunds will be sent to your mobile account within 7 to 10 working days.

Important Notes

• Refunds for card payments can only be made to the cardholder’s account and cannot be refunded partially due to bank policies.
• Refund requests for card transactions must be initiated through the payment gateway provider.
